WellCare provides prospective occupants - and their families -  a range of listing prices depending on housing specifications, where the patient being cared for and  their family are able to live. Property owners may price their house, room, apartment, etc. at their own discretion. Factors which may affect pricing include but are not limited to room size, rental period length & amenities/ features. WellCare sources its revenue mainly by taking a percentage out of all rentals between the property owners and patients. In addition, using ads will also provide another source of revenue which will allow WellCare to continue operations. In the future, WellCare hopes to grow the platform by expanding its operations internationally.
